How it works:

Key Membership Terms

Minimum term: 3 months (rolling memberships).

Payments: Direct Debit via GoCardless; taken last working day of month.

Cancellations: 30 days’ notice.

Reschedule: 48 hours’ notice or session/fee may be forfeited.

No-shows/late cancels: 50% fee or loss of that month’s treatment.

Use it or lose it: Sessions do not roll over unless we cancel.

Non-transferable: Memberships apply to the named client only.

Clinical discretion: We may adapt treatments if contraindications arise (sun exposure, medication, pregnancy, etc.).
